3.3 Assessment Process

1. You complete a secure payment via Stripe (£49).
2. You receive email access to our AI assessment tool.
3. You complete a 10–15 minute structured assessment.
4. We generate and email your personalised assessment report within 10 minutes.
5. You receive 30 days of email support for clarification questions.

4. Eligibility and Access

4.2 Geographic Availability

5.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

7-day money-back guarantee:

• Available only if our system fails to deliver the service due to technical issues.
• Not available for change of mind or discovered ineligibility.
• Partial refunds may apply for incomplete assessments caused by technical failures.

No refunds for:

• Change of mind after completing the assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

All VisaScopeAI content — including software and algorithms, assessment methodologies, report templates and formats, and website design and copy — is owned by Product Scope Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of information you provide. By using our service, you grant us the necessary licences to process your data for service delivery as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Generated Reports

Assessment reports are created specifically for you. You may use them for your personal visa application but may not distribute, resell, or use them commercially.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VisaScopeAI to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls.
• Use the service for anyone other than yourself.
• Reverse engineer or copy our assessment methodology.
• Resell access or generated reports to third parties.
• Use automated tools to access the service repeatedly.
• Interfere with the service's security or functionality.

12. Support and Communication

12.2 Support Limitations

We cannot provide legal or immigration advice, document review or preparation, application submission assistance, guarantees about visa approval, or support beyond the 30-day period without an additional service purchase.

13. Changes to Service and Terms

13.1 Service Updates

We may update our service, including assessment criteria based on Spanish law changes, user interface and experience improvements, additional features and functionality, and pricing adjustments (for new customers).

13.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, abuse the service or our support systems, or engage in prohibited uses.
