Everything you need to know about the Spanish Digital Nomad Visa assessment — the process, what you receive, eligibility, payment and how your data is handled.

The Spanish Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) lets remote workers, freelancers and business owners live in Spain while working for clients or employers based outside the country. It was introduced under Spain's Startups Law and has specific requirements around income, employment history, qualifications and background checks. Visa Scope AI assesses your personal circumstances against these published requirements.

A complete, personalised assessment delivered as a professional PDF report. It includes an eligibility analysis, an exact document checklist with official sources and translation requirements, a step-by-step application timeline, a risk assessment flagging potential issues, and direct links to official Spanish resources. You also get 30 days of email support for questions about your assessment.

The assessment conversation takes about 10–15 minutes to complete. Your access link is emailed within 5 minutes of payment, and your finished report is generated and emailed within roughly 10 minutes of completing the conversation.

No. Visa Scope AI provides informational guidance based on current Spanish immigration requirements. It is not legal advice, does not guarantee visa approval, and is not a substitute for a qualified immigration lawyer. For complex situations we recommend consulting a Spanish immigration professional and verifying requirements with the relevant Spanish consulate.

The core requirements are a minimum monthly income (from €2,334, rising with dependants), remote work for non-Spanish clients or employers, an established employment or client history, a relevant degree or professional experience, and a clean criminal record. The assessment reviews your exact situation and gives you a definitive answer rather than a rough guess. You can review the headline criteria on the Do you qualify? section.

Payment is a single £49 fee taken via secure Stripe checkout. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles the transaction and we only receive confirmation of a successful payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

You'll receive an email with a secure access link within 5 minutes. Each payment provides access to one complete assessment. Access links expire 24 hours after they're generated, and you can recover your session using the same email link within that window.

Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day statutory cancellation right. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies only if our system fails to deliver the service due to a technical issue. Refunds are not available for a change of mind or for discovering you don't meet the visa requirements. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Every assessment includes 30 days of email support for clarification questions about your results and guidance. Support is by email only, with a typical response time of 24–48 hours during business days.
